Hi, I'm Rachael Wanjiku — a Virtual Assistant based in Nairobi, Kenya, and I specialize in the work that makes your brand impossible to ignore.

My background sits right at the intersection of business and technology — I hold a BA in Business Information Technology, which means I understand both how businesses make money and how technology helps them do it faster. That combination is rare in the social media space, and it's what allows me to think strategically about content instead of just posting pretty pictures and hoping something sticks.

What I do for clients is build social media presences that actually grow audiences and convert followers into customers. That starts with strategy — understanding your brand voice, your audience, your competitors, and your goals. From there, I create monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest, and I handle every piece of execution: writing captions that match your voice, designing graphics in Canva and Adobe Express, sourcing and editing imagery, scheduling through Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, and Sprout Social, and engaging with your community in real time.
