Hi, I'm Evelyn Njoki — an Executive Virtual Assistant based in Nairobi, Kenya, and for the past several years I've built my career around one simple promise: when you work with me, things get handled.
I hold a BA in Psychology from the University of Nairobi, which might sound like an unusual background for a VA — but it turns out understanding people is the most underrated skill in this industry. Every business I support comes down to the same thing: real humans trying to serve other real humans. My psychology training taught me how to read between the lines, anticipate needs before they're voiced, and communicate with empathy under pressure. I've spent years working as an executive assistant to founders and small business owners, and I've grown fluent in the full stack of operational support. I handle customer support the way I'd want to be treated — fast, warm, and resolution-focused. I manage product listings for e-commerce businesses on Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and WooCommerce, making sure every listing is optimized, accurate, and conversion-ready. I run email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, and Klaviyo, and I help businesses build the kind of customer relationships that lead to repeat sales.
On the financial side, I provide bookkeeping and accounting support using QuickBooks, Xero, and Wave — invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliation, monthly reporting, and keeping financial records audit-ready. I'm comfortable working with both US and international accounting workflows, and I take pride in being the person clients trust to keep their numbers clean and their cash flow visible.
