Hi, I'm Eric Njoroge — a multi-skilled Virtual Assistant based in Nairobi, Kenya, and I sit at the intersection of two things most VAs choose between: design and automation.

My background is in Mathematics and Computer Science — I hold a BA from Kenya Methodist University — and that dual training is what makes me different. Mathematicians think in patterns and logic. Computer scientists think in systems and code. Web design and automation are exactly where those two disciplines collide, and that's where I do my best work.

What I love most is building beautiful, conversion-focused websites. I'm an expert in Elementor, Divi, Kartra, GoHighLevel, WordPress, and Squarespace, and I've built everything from one-page coaching sites to full multi-page funnels for course creators, consultants, and service businesses. One project I'm particularly proud of is the landing page I built for Alicia Holmes at Journey to Wealth — a clean, conversion-focused page that captures her brand and converts visitors into qualified leads.

Beyond web design, I'm deep into automation and AI workflows. I build sophisticated GoHighLevel automations — full sales pipelines, automated follow-up sequences, SMS/email nurture flows, appointment reminders, missed-call text-back systems, and review request automations. I combine GHL with Claude and n8n to create intelligent workflows that don't just automate tasks — they make smart decisions based on real-time data. Think AI-powered lead scoring, automated personalized email drafting, smart routing of inquiries based on intent, and end-to-end systems that run your business while you sleep.

I also provide executive assistant support when clients need it — calendar management, project coordination, document handling — but my real specialty is the technical work most VAs avoid because it's complicated.
