Hi, I'm Edwin Chege — a Senior Virtual Assistant based in Nairobi, Kenya, and I'm the person founders call when they need someone they can actually trust to run things behind the scenes.
My background might surprise you: I hold a BA in Nursing from Chuka University. And while I didn't end up in healthcare, the training shaped everything about how I work today. Nursing teaches you to be calm under pressure, meticulous with details, and relentlessly focused on the person in front of you. Those instincts transfer perfectly to virtual assistance — because at the end of the day, every client I support is a real person counting on me to handle things correctly the first time.
What I do best is lead generation and administrative operations. I build clean, qualified prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hunter.io, and ZoomInfo, and I run cold outreach campaigns that actually get replies — not because I send more emails, but because I send better ones. I personalize at scale, follow up properly, and track everything in your CRM so nothing falls through the cracks.
On the admin side, I manage inboxes, calendars, meetings, and projects for executives across multiple time zones. I'm fluent in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, and Trello, and I'm comfortable jumping between tools depending on what the client already uses.
